Age and License Requirements

Age Restrictions: Renters and drivers must be at least 21 years old for our compact car categories (A, B, C) and at least 25 for all other vehicle classes. The upper age limit for drivers is 70, with an additional fee applicable for those over this age.

License Validity: A driver's license needs to be issued a minimum of three years prior to the vehicle pickup date. We accept national driving licenses from the EU, UK, US, Canada, Australia, and Gibraltar without the need for an International Driving Permit (IDP). For other non-EU countries, an IDP is compulsory, except for nations part of the Vienna Convention.

Rental Policies and Coverage

Minimum Rental Duration: The shortest booking period is one day. Extensions require direct communication with us to adjust the contract and discuss any additional fees.

Fines and Penalties: Renters are responsible for all traffic and parking fines acquired during the rental period.

Deposit and Payment: No deposit is needed to secure a booking, but full prepayment is required for select vehicle categories.

Insurance: Third-party insurance is included in all rentals, as mandated by Greek law. The Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) policy is also included, with varying excess amounts based on the vehicle type.

Exclusions and Procedures

Prohibited Actions: Without added documentation, renting for someone else, driving under influence, traffic law violations, off-road driving, overloading the vehicle, and interior damage are not covered by insurance.

Accidents and Damages: Immediate notification to our team is required in the event of an accident or damage.

Fuel and Mileage: Vehicles should be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup. The renter covers the fuel cost during the rental, with charges applied for discrepancies.

Additional Equipment: Baby and booster seats are available for a daily fee.

Delivery and Collection: Free airport delivery within specified hours. Charges apply for out-of-hours services and deliveries to other locations.

Vehicle Availability: Cars are assigned by category rather than specific model, subject to availability.

Payments: Accepted via credit card (excluding American Express) or cash/debit card upon arrival. A credit card is necessary for the security deposit.

Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival. No refunds for later cancellations.

Other Policies: Restrictions include no smoking, pet bans, and ensuring luggage fits the rental car. Extra cleaning and administrative fees may apply under certain conditions.

General Terms

Operational Support: All vehicles undergo thorough checks and are serviced, cleaned, and disinfected. We offer free 24-hour road assistance and an emergency helpline.

Modifications: We reserve the right to alter terms and conditions without prior notice.
